Engineering degree and/or equivalent generator, compressed air and HVAC systems experience.Hold all appropriate Safety, Health and Environmental cards / approvals as required by Sunbelt and industrial customers.Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history.Skilled in impactful virtual meetings and sales presentations. ![]() Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years of successful technical sales team leadership, directly within Industrial and Heavy Commercial market segments.This will additionally include becoming a stakeholder, to collaborate with our Sunbelt Industrial Services team and others. Target impact customers in each market segment for specific Power & HVAC GTMS.Uses resources such as rate analytics, for highest impact for RFQ, RFP and MSA reviews and submissions. This will support consistent bid and quote responses and may be regionally adjusted. Responsible for oversight and be a driver for Industrial segments rate reviews for Power & HVAC, which includes: building rate matrices for suggested rental rates guide (Power & HVAC and Climate Control Cat-Classes) based on potential customer volume and market segments.Within our SCR managed and our overall Power & HVAC business, produce platform of highly professional quoting practices, and line-of-sight to pipelines with each Power & HVAC and Climate Control region. ![]() ![]()
